The biggest accomplishment was that I began running and really made tons of progress in just a few weeks. I looked forward to it every day and loved seeing how far I could go. However, I got sick then had a family emergency that required me to go to Utah and I stopped. As we all know, once you stop it's even harder to get back on track.
That's what I'm trying to do, get back on track! I have started by keeping track of my eating habits again in my adorable notebook:

Isn't it cute? I love glitter! |
- Work out at least four times a week
- Only eat out on date nights (once a week) or special occasions
- Try one new recipe a week (this will help me eat out less)
-Get a fitness evaluation at my gym
Not too hard, right? I weighed myself this morning and am at the lowest weight I have been in about six years. Not to mention I can feel the difference which I think is more important than any number. Hopefully, the changes I can see and feel will be what helps me keep going!

Keep up the great work Lizett! You'll have to help keep me motivated once I can start working out again! As awesome as it's been to lie around post-op, the layer of chocolate on top of my general lack of in-shape-ness has got to go!
