Motivation Monday- Jock Jams

Nothing motivates me more than the right song. In any situation, the right song can help me push through and it is no different with working out. I would be lost without my iPod at the gym. If I'm running outside or hiking I don't need it but it is definitely a must have in the gym.

The two songs I have been listening to the most while working out (and I'm a little ashamed to admit it) are One Thing and What Makes You Beautiful, both by One Direction. I don't know what it is, they just make me want to get up and dance so listening to them on the treadmill is the perfect energizer. Plus, it takes me back to a time when 'N Sync and BSB ruled the world (and I was lot thinner!).

P.S. It has officially been ONE MONTH of no eating out! Not to toot my own horn but I am pretty damn proud. It has not been easy but a little extra work on my part has made it possible. Planning meals  at the beginning of the week has made all the difference.
