Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

I found this recipe in a fitness magazine (I don't remember which one) and it is amazing. Simple, delicious, and perfect after a grueling workout. The cinnamon is my extra ingredient.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
8-10 ounces skim milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (I like Jif)
1 banana
4-6 ice cubes (depending on how thick you like it)
A dash of cinnamon

1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Ta-da! One step! You can't beat that.
