Spinach Artichoke Pizza

Sunday was a wonderful day around here. The Cowboys kicked some major butt and I got to make something new. When I pulled the pizza out of the oven, I was a little concerned that I had made two. I don't like wasting food so I was worried I would end up throwing one away.

The Husband came over and took a slice and then spit it into a napkin. I looked at him horrified as he shook his head, worried that I made something so horrible he would never eat anything I made again. "You don't want any of this!" he said. Then he started smiling and grabbed another slice. It was then that I realized he didn't spit anything out.

The pizza was easy, fast, and I did not have to throw anything away. I will have to try it with homemade dip sometime but the store bought was still delicious.

Spinach Artichoke Pizza
2 large tortillas
1 1/2 cups artichoke dip ( I used store bought)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Diced roma tomatoes

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Lightly grease a pan and place tortillas on it

3. Spread artichoke dip over tortillas

4. Sprinkle both cheeses over top

5. Bake for 15 minutes

6. Pull out of oven and top with tomatoes

And the only thing that could make it better...

A gooey chocolate brownie that The Husband baked.
