Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

We have been having the most incredible snow. It's times like this that I wish I had my own backyard so I can run in the snow and make snow angels. I did go for a walk around the complex Tuesday night and that was pretty fun.

Although the snow is beautiful, it doesn't help with productivity. All I want to do is watch Hallmark Christmas movies and bake. I looked through Pinterest and came across this super easy recipe that will let me feel like a good wife while allowing me to be a lazy hobo. It was delicious and The Husband loved it.

Chicken Fajitas
1 lb chicken breasts
3 peppers (I used all green)
1 onion
1 package taco seasoning
Tortillas of your choice
Toppings of your choice

1. Slice onion and peppers and place them at the bottom of the crockpot

2. Put chicken on top of the onion and peppers

3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken

4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
